On August 13th 2009 Lansbury Gardeners visited Cammas Hall Fruit Farm in Hertfordshire having checked the farm was happy for small group visits first. We were provided with a minibus and David our driver by Neighbours in Poplar. David was an excellent driver and took us up the M11 and into the lovely green countryside. We picked strawberries, raspberries and sweetcorn. We took our own lunch as there was plenty of space to sit and eat, and were also able to buy other items in the small shop.
We had a full bus, and we look forward to going back again in 2010, perhaps for more than one trip as it was so popular.
